A piece of the Northern Lights, sealed in stone. Karelian belomorite, and especially this one, is valued for its purity of structure, snow-whiteness and bright iridescence – a play of rainbow highlights that occur when light is reflected in the thickness of the stone. Also called sugar iridescence.

This white sugar belomorite is hand-polished into a convenient palmstone shape: smooth, weighty, fits perfectly in the palm of your hand. Its volume shows a natural striped structure with a slight shimmer, and when you turn it, bright iridescence appears.
